The HYSC 2012 Reign participated in the 2022 Fall Fest Tournament in the top bracket, finishing an undefeated 3-0.

Deptford, New Jersey - Highland Youth Soccer Club's 2012 Reign participated in the 2022 Fall Festival tournament on Columbus Day weekened. After starting their 2022/23 fall season strong with convincing victories in the first three weeks of the SJGSL season scoring 13 goals and conceeding just 1, Hurricane Ian put a damper on week 4 with league-wide rainouts before the holiday bye week. Entering the Fall Fest tournament the Reign were flighted in the top bracket of the 2012 girls division.

Seeded with 6 other teams in a two bracket flight the Reign had to contend with Atlantic United Premier SC Kickers, Monroe Township YS United in bracket A on Saturday and Sunday before being seeded for Sunday afternoon's tournament final. The Reign were challenged early to get going against Atlantic United, entering half at 0-0 despite multiple quality chances. In the second half, a 1-1 tie was broken in the 48th minute on a twelve yard strike sending the Reign to their first victory of the weekend.

The Reign put on an impressive display in their next two games, entering half leading 1-0 over Monroe Township YS United before crusing to a 4-0 finish which earned them a berth against the bracket B winner Harrison SC Blue Devils. The Reign continued their trend of grabbing an early lead by netting a rebound in the 16' to take a 1-0 mark into half before exploding for 3 more at the 31', 32', and 48' to secure a consecutive 4-0 victory and the tournament championship.

Overall the Reign finished the tournament virtually identical to their seasonal play to date with 10 goals for and only 1 conceeded including back to back clean sheets to close out the tournament.
